Rates

Initial 20-minute phone consultations are free, aimed at understanding your needs and providing recommendations.

Intake and treatment times are billed by the clinical hour (55 min) at $250 per hour. Two hours is typically required for an intake session.

Assessment/Testing hours following an intake for an evaluation are billed at a rate of $325 per direct hour, as clients are not billed for the additional substantial indirect time required for scoring the assessments, interpreting the findings, and preparing the report. Most assessments require between 5 and 12 direct hours following the intake to complete.

Consultations are billed at $250 per direct hour, $125/hr for document review and $150/hr for document generation, if applicable.

Billing

We are not currently contracted with any insurance companies and clients are responsible to pay the full fee at the time of service. However, we are often considered an out-of-network provider for many PPOs and can provide clients with a “super bill” that may allow for full or partial reimbursement from insurance.

Other Fees

No shows and cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are required to pay the full cost of the session.
