Dr. Baker is a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY 34030), a professor of child and adolescent development, and an NIH-funded researcher. He has published numerous scientific publications on children and families, is on the editorial board for the APA Journal of Family Psychology, served as President of Division 33 of the American Psychological Association (2021-2022), and was awarded Fellow status by APA for his contributions to research and service in psychology.

Dr. Fenning Baker is a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY 25963), a professor of psychology, and an investigator on three federal research grants from the NIH and HRSA. She has published numerous scientific publications in top developmental, clinical, and autism journals, was President of Division 33 of the American Psychological Association (2023-2024), and is on the editorial board for the journals Research in Child and Adolescent Psychopathology and Psychological Assessment. Dr. Fenning Baker previously served as a Clinical Assistant Professor and Director of Autism Diagnostic Services at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Waisman Center.
